It’s Euro 2012 time! Brands released their football-themed videos
You know you are approaching the summer when the biggest brands start releasing their adverts about the biggest sporting events of the summer: Euro 2012, Wimbledon and the Olympics, there’s plenty to choose from.
Forget Wimbledon, forget that small event that’s taking place in London in August, it’s all about the European Championships taking place in Poland and Ukraine in just over a week’s time.
Nike, Adidas, Nivea, Paddy Power, Samsung… they have all chosen to release their football-themed commercials to take advantage of the (second) biggest football international in the world.
Can England triumph at the Euro’s? No. But that doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy yourself and be part of the celebrations until we succumb to yet another penalty shootout and pick some poor figure to direct a whole nation’s hatred towards.
As always, there’s some great adverts (and some not so great ones), so take a look, enjoy, get in a patriotic mood and get yourself a St George’s flag.
